Demystifying AI introduces you to the foundational terms, concepts, and ethical issues associated with artificial intelligence. Discover the differences between artificial general intelligence (AGI) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). Learn how AI tools such as ChatGPT are developed and trained. Evaluate the benefits and potential risks associated with AI technologies. Demystifying AI equips you the essential AI literacy to understand and assess the exciting AI-powered technologies of today and tomorrow. Demystifying AI is the first of a two-part, UNT-certified microcredential in AI Fundamentals.

Following the completion of Demystifying AI, you will be able to:
