Our Mission

The mission of the Division of Digital Strategy and Innovation’s Gallup Committee for Belonging and Engagement is to facilitate a welcoming culture where connection, belonging, and health are core competencies and intentionally valued through activities, education, and taking action on thoughtful, iterative, and innovative practices and strategy. 

Charges

1. Review, evaluate, and act on the UNT System Gallup data for use in setting strategic direction for the division.
2. Manage curation of curriculum and content for trainings on workplace health and connectedness.
3. Work together with division and department leaders to promote DSI community-building initiatives.
4. Ensure belonging and community efforts are core to DSI’s People, Policies, Practices, and Processes.
