Tiers of Engagement

UNT offers three employer partnership tiers, ranging from broad access to its full portfolio of 200+ academic programs to more customized options. Employers can choose flexible pathways that tailor programs to their workforce or create dedicated, cohort‑based learning experiences delivered online or on-site.

Full Portfolio
Employer's workforce can choose from any of UNT's 116 bachelor’s degrees, 87 master’s degrees and 39 doctoral degrees, as well as undergraduate and graduate academic certificates.

Formalized Pathway

Cohort-Based
Program includes individuals from employer's workforce, who will begin and finish the program together, by enrolling in a pre-set block of courses. Courses are offered in flexible formats to best suit employer's workforce.
