An employer will typically either cover tuition costs in one of two ways - (1) upfront (assistance) or (2) reimburses the employee after the employee has fully paid for and successfully passed the course (reimbursement).
Some companies accept all accredited undergraduate and graduate degrees, certificates, and more, while some only accept specific industry-based degrees.
