To support scalability and provide greater flexibility, we also offer a self-service studio option for UNT faculty. This allows instructors to create high-quality, course-ready videos on their own schedule while still benefiting from a production-ready environment.
To support faculty across the university, we’ve developed the VideoNow Studio, a self-service
recording space designed for ease of use and high production value.

- Banner Request Form – Submit a request for course banners and Canvas course card images for your online course.
- VideoNow Studio – A self-service recording space for short instructional videos and course intros. Located in SSB and freely available to UNT faculty for the development of their online course videos.
- A/V Recording Tips – Get advice on prepping your environment, wardrobe, and delivery for a smooth shoot.
- Video Script Writing Tips – Learn how to outline, write, and polish a clear, engaging script.
- UNT System Permission, Waiver & Release (PDF) – Use this form whenever you record or photograph another person (voice, image, words, or work). Have them sign it and keep the original on file for your records.
